Celid is preparing construction of a hotel with cubature of 24,000 meters³ in Gdańsk

Celid Wojciech Grochowski has applied for a construction permit for a hotel on Słowackiego Street in Gdańsk, in the immediate vicinity of the Lech Wałęsa Airport. The enterprise, designed by the local 3A Studio workshop, is going to entail development of lots with an area of approx. 1 hectare, which will be used for the construction of a 7-story building with a cubature of 23,800 meters3. Let us recall that in PREM 926, we reported that Celid had been obtaining administrative permits for Arche concerning construction of a three-star hotel with 120 rooms at the intersection of Rdestowa and Graniczna streets in Wrocław, near the Wrocław Airport. Last year, Arche also purchased a property in the vicinity of the Gdańsk airport for the construction of a 3-4-star hotel with 200 rooms. ■
