Cem-Mix is planning construction of hotel with 80 rooms in Łódź according to concept by Design Lab

Design Lab Group has prepared a concept of a hotel at the intersection of Piotrkowska and Piłsudskiego streets in Łódź for Cem-Mix. The plans concern construction of a 7-story building with 81 hotel apartments. The complex is also going to include a conference center, a catering section and a relaxation zone with a gym and a spa. ■
