Bouygues will erect, in cooperation with Alfa-Dach, Centreville apartament building with app. 70 flats in Wrocław

Bouygues Immobilier is finalizing preparations for the construction of the Centreville apartment building in the area of Drobnera and Śrutowa streets in Wrocław. The investment, designed by the local Maćków workshop, is going to entail the construction of a 7-story building with 69 flats with usable areas of approx. 30-150 sqm each, 10 service premises (approx. 1,000 sqm) and an underground parking garage, on the basis of the concrete structure of the unfinished Verity Uptown building. The role of general contractor has been entrusted to Alfa-Dach. The works are scheduled to be finalized in the spring of next year. ■
