Grupa Ruan plans constructiuon of a student depot with 180 units in Lublin

Centrum Prusa, a purpose-oriented company from Grupa Ruan, is planning construction of a student hotel at 8B Prusa Street in Lublin. The investment will entail the construction of an eight-story building with 182 units with areas of 20-28 sqm each. The investment, the documentation of which has been prepared by Pracownia Architektoniczna AKM Kaczor Michalak, is to be put to use in the 2nd half of next year.
Ruan is also obtaining administrative permits for the construction of the Olympic Estate residential building, with 35 units sized 26-91 sqm, at the intersection of Olimpijczyków, Kusocińskiego and Czecha streets in Świdnik (Lubelskie Province). ■
