Mallson cooperates on preparations for construction of „Centrum Rychtalska” with gla of app. 3,000 sqm in Wrocław

Mallson is collaborating on the commercialization of the "Centrum Rychtalska" shopping complex on Rychtalska Street in Wrocław. The enterprise is going to consist of the putting to use, by the end of the first half of next year, of an outlet with gla of 2,900 sqm. PREM has established that in early April Joanna Danys (Dan-Mark) applied for permission for the construction of a retail-service outlet at 8 Rychtalska Street. The enterprise is going to consist of the development of a property with
an area of almost 1 ha. Post-industrial outlets adapted to serve retail-office-service-hotel functions are currently located on the property. Architectural works are being carried out by Rafał Brok (Grupa RB).
Let us recall that in August of last year, we informed about plans for the construction, on the basis of Dan-Mark's outlets at 118 Stabłowicka Street in Wrocławm, of the "Centrum Stabłowicka" shopping complex with lease area of 10,000 sqm. The investor's partner is also Mallson. ■
