Mallson is collaborating on construction of “Centrum Stabłowicka” complex with gla of 10,000 sqm in Wrocław

Mallson Polska is collaborating with an investor, whose name has not been revealed at this stage, during preparations for the construction of the Centrum Stabłowicka shopping-service complex at 118 Stabłowicka Street in Wrocław. The complex with a lease area of 10,000 sqm, including a supermarket, 30 units and a fitness club, is going to be built on the basis of post-industrial buildings of the Dan-Mark Company. The center is scheduled to open at the end of 2020. ■
