Cerrad will carry out office building in Starachowice

HRA Architekci has won a contest issued by Cerrad concerning the concept of the company's new headquarters in Starachowice (Świętokrzyskie Province). The enterprise is going to entail construction of a building with a total area of over 20,000 sqm in the vicinity of the company's production complex in the area of Radomska and Bugaj streets.
Let us recall that in January 2015, we informed that Anna Bud had been entrusted with the extension of a ceramic tile factory in Starachowice by approx. 15,000 sqm. The companies Kaniewski i Łuszczyński Architekci and RO.SA.-Hale also collaborated on the investment. We also reported that Cerrad is planning to build the next stages of the complex on an over 7.2-ha lot. The cost of the enterprises, which are to be finalized by 2019, has been estimated at 120 million PLN. ■
