CFE as general contractor of "Rezydencja Dzielna" complex

CFE Polska has been chosen as the general contractor of a hotel-care complex, which Orpea Polska is planning to build on 52 Dzielna Street in Warsaw. The "Rezydencja Dzielna" enterprise, to be carried out by August 2022, is going to entail putting to use a nursing home for senior citizens, with 107 rooms and treatment-rehabilitation facilities. Let us recall that in October 2018, we reported that Orpea purchased a developed property with an area of 1,500 sqm, located on 52 Dzielna Street, from Orange. The asking price had been established at 23.5 million PLN net. The lot is taken up by an office building with usable area of approx. 5,700 sqm, which is going to undergo redevelopment. ■
