CFE will build shopping center with area of 12,000 sqm in Jastrzębie-Zdrój

CFE Polska has been chosen as the general contractor of a shopping-service center, which Karuzela Holding is planning to open in the area of Jana Pawła II, Armii Krajowej, Broniewskiego, and Energetyków streets in Jastrzębie-Zdrój (Śląskie Province). Let us recall that the investment will entail the construction of a complex of buildings with a lease area of approx. 12,000 sqm. The works should be finalized in the 2nd quarter of 2024. Design works were carried out in collaboration with Pejot Studio. The tenants will include: Carrefour, Jula (2,400 sqm), Rossmann, Pepco, Sinsay, RTV Euro AGD, Martes Sport, Kakadu Zoo, and Dealz. The complex will also include a parking lot with 350 parking spaces. ■
