CFE will build shopping center in Gorzów Wielkopolski for Acteeum

CFE Polska has been chosen as the general contractor of a shopping center, which Acteeum is going to build in the area of Jedwabnicza, Walczaka, and Silwanowska streets in Gorzów Wielkopolski. Let us recall that the enterprise will entail the construction of a complex in the "Power Centre" format, with an area of 25,000 sqm, with added parking lots with 750 spaces. The tenants will include Biedronka, Jula, and Decathlon.
We have reported in PREM that Shopp.City was obtaining administrative permits for this property. The design of the buildings has been developed by Bulak Projekt, while KKBud is the substitute investor. ■
