CFE will carry out multi-family building in Warsaw

BPI Real Estate Poland has commenced construction of the Rezydencja Barska multi-family building at 53 Białobrzeska Street in Warsaw-Ochota, at the intersection with Barska Street. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a 7-story building with 57 flats sized 30-150 sqm each. The role of general contractor has been entrusted to CFE Polska. The investment, the documentation of which has been prepared by APA Wojciechowski, is to be put to use in the 3rd quarter of 2020. ■
