Chemobudowa to modernize "Ikar" hotel in Poznań for PHH Hotels & Resorts

Chemobudowa has been selected by PHH Hotels & Resorts as the general contractor for the modernization of the "Ikar" hotel on Solna Street in Poznań. The building, with a total area of 9,400 m², will be redeveloped and adapted to a four-star standard under the Four Points by Sheraton brand. The facility will include 156 hotel rooms. Completion of works is scheduled for Q4 2026. In February 2023, it was reported that Aldesa Construcciones Polska had been appointed as the contractor for the investment, however, the project was ultimately entrusted to Chemobudowa. ■
