CKP is seeking contractor of educational center in Kielce

The Management of the CKP Practical Training Center is accepting bids with a deposit of 300,000 PLN in the tender procedure for the general contractorship of the Kielce Center of Practical Training in the area of Łódzka and Olszewskiego streets. The deadline for bids passes on August 30. The enterprise, designed by Neoinvest, is going to consist of the construction, within a periond of 17 months, of three outlets with a total net area of 7,800 sqm and a cubature of 49,000 meters³. Let us recall that in the previous procedure, which has been annulled, bids were submitted by Unimax (36.4 mln PLN gross with a budget of approx. 32 mln PLN), Rosa-Bud (42.2 mln PLN) and Anna Bud (43.4 mln PLN). ■
