cmT is managing construction of MidPoint71

cmT is responsible for comprehensive management, including coordination of contractor works and investor's supervision over the construction of the "MidPoint71" office building on 9 Powstańców Śląskich Street in Wrocław. Let us recall that the enterprise, conducted by Echo Investment, is to entail putting to use a building with a lease area of 37,000 sqm. Design has been developed by Medusa Group. This year in June, we reported that the works on the underground section were entrusted to Keller. The land with an area of 0.8 ha, located between the Wrocław hotel and the new "Centrum Południowe" multi-family complex, was purchased from GPI Silver. ■
