cmT will supervise redevelopment of Warta Tower office building in Warsaw

cmT is going to be the project manager during the comprehensive redevelopment of the Warta Tower office building on 85/87 Chmielna Street in Warsaw, which is being carried out by CPP Tower, subsidiary of Cornerstone Investment Management and 5th Corner. Let us recall that in September 2021, we reported that 5th Corner and Globalworth signed a preliminary agreement, concerning the purchase of five office buildings in Warsaw, including Warta Tower, for approx. 123 million euro. The investor is planning to spend over 30 million euro on comprehensive modernization of the building on Chmielna Street. The enterprise will entail renovation of a building with an area of approx. 30,000 sqm. ■
