CoBouw will erecet for Sun Garden a warehouse with area of 8,000 sqm in Malanów

CoBouw has acquired a contract from Sun Garden Poland concerning the design and contracting of a warehouse in Malanów (Wielkopolskie Province). The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a building with an area of 8,000 sqm.
Let us recall that in November 2014, we informed about the plans of Koesters & Meyer, daughter company of Sun-Garden, a producer of garden furniture, for the construction of a warehouse with social-office facilities with an area of 14,000 sqm. We also wrote about the investor entrusting CoBouw with the contracting of an office building with an area of 1,500 sqm. Sun-Garden is planning to spend approx. 120 million PLN on the extension of the facility in Malanów by 2019. We have written in PREM about the enterprises concerning buildings with an area of 18,000 sqm and 11,000 sqm. The contracting of construction works was entrusted e.g. to Budrem. ■
