Commercecon is going to build 7R Łódź Park West II

Commercecon is the contractor of the 7R Łódź Park West II, which the 7R group is going to build on Maratońska Street in Łódź. The enterprise, which we wrote in September of last year, is going to consist of the construction of a complex of halls with a total area of over 46,000 sqm. Let us recall that the investor applied for permission for locating a complex with a cubature of 612,000 meters³, in the area of Transmisyjna and Rokicińska streets in Łódź. Grzegorz Wojewódka (Kwadrat Polska) took part in designing the project. In July 2019, we also informed about 7R's plans for locating two halls with a cubature of 130,000 meters³, in the area of Transmisyjna and Rokicińska streets in Łódź. The 7R City Flex Łódź I outlet with an area of 8,300 sqm was built, in collaboration with Commercecon, on Rokicińska Street, near Józefiaka Street. We also wrote about 7R's plans for locating a logistics center with a cubature of over 26,000 meters³ on Niciarniana Street. ■
