Common Investment is preparing the construction of the "Shopp City Słupsk" retail park on Grottgera Street in Słupsk (Pomorskie Province). The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of a complex of outlets with a development area of 8,200 sqm (retail – 7,300 sqm). Nuvalu Polska is dealing with commercializing the outlet. The outlets are scheduled to be opened in the first half of 2022. Let us recall that in September 2019, we informed about Common Investment's preparations for the development of properties with an area of 6.5 ha in the area of Sczecińska and Grottgera streets, near the Selgros outlet, with retail outlets with a total area of approx. 20,000 sqm. Meanwhile, in February of this year, we wrote that Transgourmet, in collaboration with Colosseum, was going to locate a shopping center with an area of over 13,000 sqm there. In November of 2018, we wrote about Transgourmet Polska's (Selgros Cash & Carry) and Leroy Merlin's talks with the authorities of Słupsk concerning the realization of the project on the premises of the former furniture factory. ■
