Consortium Torpol/Pre-Fabrykat is going to build skiing resort

DPIN (Lower Silesia Park of Innovation and Science) has chosen the bid (188.4 mln PLN gross) submitted by the consortium of Torpol/Pre-Fabrykat in the tender procedure for the general contractorship of the Ski-Running and Biathlon Center in Szklarska Poręba-Jakuszyce (Dolnośląskie Province). The investment, pertaining to a property with an area of almost 6 ha along with outlets with a net area of 21,000 sqm, is going to be completed within 19 months. ETC Architekci and Miastoprojekt Wrocław are responsible for preparing the project documentation of the enterprise. Other bids in the procedure were submitted by: PORR/Elektromontaż Rzeszów/Akme (175.2 mln PLN gross) and IDS-Bud/Mosty Łódź (189.4 mln PLN). ■
