Construct is building hotel-sports complex in Kraków

The Construct Company is the contractor of a hotel-sports complex on 3 Maja Avenue in Kraków for Cracovia Park Investment (CP Investment). In May 2011 we informed about the plans of Janusz Filipiak, owner of the Comarch Company and shareholder of the MKS Cracovia sports club, concerning the development of a property in the Cichy Kącik district. The concept of the investment, the value of which has been estimated at 30 million PLN, was prepared by MTWW Architekci. It includes the construction of a hotel with approx. 40 rooms, sports hall, center with multi-functional sports fields, an office building, spa, fitness club and doctors' offices, a cafe-restaurant pavilion, as well as 6 outdoor tennis courts and a full-size soccer field. ■
