Constructa Plus will carry out “Kościelna 23” residential building with over 220 flats in Poznań

In the 4th quarter of this year, Constructa Plus, as the investor and general contractor, is planning to begin construction of the "Kościelna 23" multi-family building at the intersection of Poznańska and Kościelna streets in the Jeżyce district of Poznań. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a 6-story building with 221 flats with usable areas of 27-131 sqm each and with service premises on the ground floor (1,800 sqm). The investment, designed by Litoborski+Marciniak, is going to be put to use in 2022. ■
