Control Process wants to build educational complex in Gorzów

Control Process, with the price of 138.9 million PLN, was the only bidder in the tender, conducted by the Gorzów Wielkopolski City Office, concerning the general contractorship of adaptation of a former hospital complex for the purposes of the Vocational Education Center. The works will be carried out in buildings designed for approx. 1,000 students, with a total usable area of 19,000 sqm and a cubature of 51,000 meters³, located on a 3-ha property on Warszawska Street. The order, based on documentation prepared by Pracownia Projektowa Portal, is to be carried out by July 30 2020. ■
