CPI prepared construction of office building with total area of 52,000 sqm in Warsaw

Prosta 69, company which, according to court registry, is associated with CPI Property Group, is obtaining administrative permits, concerning the development of a property on 69 Prosta Street in Warsaw. The enterprise is to entail the demolishing of the existing Prosta 69 Office Center building (with an area of 12,000 sqm) and construction, in this location, of an office-service complex with a total area of approx. 52,000 sqm (usable area of 31,000 sqm). Architectural concept of the investment has been developed by APA Wojciechowski. Let us recall that last year in July, we reported that CPI Property Group Polska signed contracts with Trebbi Polska, concerning project management and investor supervision over coordination of fit-out of twelve office-service buildings in Poland. ■
