CT is going to build shopping complex in Płock

Pracownia Architektoniczna Królikowski i Jaworski is preparing design guidelines, and Nuvalu Polska is responsible for commercialization of a shopping complex which Centrum Targowa company is going to build in the area of Targowa and Bielska streets in Płock (Mazowieckie Province). Let us recall that the main partners for the enterprise are going to be Auchan and Castorama. The investment, which we informed about in March, is going to entail the construction of a complex of buildings (approx. 41,000 sqm GLA). According to court registry, Centrum Targowa has ties to e.g. KMT Invest and Grupa Scotia. In December 2016 we reported on the company signing a letter of intent with one of Scotia's subsidiaries, pertaining to an investment in a retail project with an area of approx. 50,000 sqm in Płock. ■
