CTP Invest will build logistics center in Starowiskitki

CTP Invest is going to develop properties with an area of 50 ha in Starowiskitki-Parcel in Żyrardów district (Mazowieckie Province). The enterprise is going to entail the construction of warehouse-logistics buildings with a total area of approx. 234,000 sqm. Let us recall that this year in March, we reported that Industrial Park Development 7 was conducting preparations for the construction of buildings with an area of approx. 280,000 sqm in this location. Kwadrat Polska was the architectural partner. ■
