CTP is commencing construction of industrial complex in Wiskitki

CTP is commencing construction of the CTPark Warsaw West warehouse-industrial complex in Wiskitki near Żyrardów (Mazowieckie Province). The first stage of the investment, the general contractor of which is Atlas Ward Polska, is going to entail the construction of a building with an area of approx. 60,000 sqm. It is scheduled to be put to use in the 3rd quarter of this year. The entire project, to be carried out on 50 ha of land, is to entail the construction of five buildings with a total area of over 233,000 sqm. ■
