CTP will build logistics center in Rzeszów

A subsidiary of CTP Invest is preparing the development of nearly 7 ha of land in the area of Technologiczna and Inwestycyjna streets in Rzeszów. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex of warehouses with a cubature of over 490,000 meters³. Design guidelines have been developed by Piotr Kintzi, architect with 7R. This year in May, it was announced that 7R sold a portfolio of a dozen or so investment projects to CTP group. ■
