CUF Drukarnia to open shopping center

CUF Drukarnia (Drukarnia Financial Services Center) is conducting preparations for the remodeling of the office complex located at the intersection of 1 Jagiellońska Street and Gdańska Street in Bydgoszcz. The outlet of the "Bydgoskie Centrum Finansowe" financial center is going to be developed into the "Nowa Drukarnia" shopping-service center with a lease area of 10,000 sqm, with 50 stores and approx. 200 parking spaces. The investment is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2020. Mallson Polska is responsible for commercialization.
According to court registers, CUF Drukarnia's shareholders were entrepreneurs connected with the PW Nestor developer from Bydgoszcz; while the complex is managed by the Brilla Company, which has ties to Octava Closed Non-Public Closed Shares Investment Fund. The investor is Octava Property Trust. ■
