IAS is seeking general contractor for office building with total area of app. 12,000 sqm in Opole

Until November 13, the Tax Administration Chamber (IAS) will be collecting bids with a deposit of 1 million PLN concerning the construction of the Public Services Center on Plebiscytowa Street in Opole. The enterprise, being supervised by Komplet Inwest, is going to entail the construction of a building with a total area of 11,800 sqm and a cubature of 54,000 meters³. The building is going to house the headquarters of IAS and the Second Tax Office. The investment, the documentation of which has been prepared by architect Edzard Schultz from the Heinle, Wischer und Partner Architekci workshop, is going to take 20 months. ■
