CWN will build distribution center in Biała Piska

In November, Centrum Wynajmu Nieruchomości (CWN) applied for a construction permit for a distribution center in Biała Piska (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province). The enterprise, which we initially mentioned in September 2020, is going to entail the construction of a complex of buildings with a cubature of over 530,000 meters³ (area of approx. 46,000 sqm) for the purposes of the Dino supermarket chain. Preparations for the investment are being carried out in collaboration with architects Dorota Tokarska (BPB) and Katarzyna Micigolska (Pro-Kam-Bud). ■
