Czora i Czora designed extension of "Turawa Park" shopping center for FEF

Focus Estate Fund (FEF) has obtained permits for the extension and modernization of the "Turawa Park" shopping center on Dębowa Street in Zawada near Opole. The enterprise will entail increasing the retail space in of the complex, managed by BNP Paribas Real Estate Polska, by 10,000 sqm, from 26,000 sqm to 36,000 sqm. The investment, designed by Pracownia Architektoniczna Czora i Czora, is to be finalized in the 2nd quarter of 2024. Let us recall that last year in January, we reported in PREM that Focus Estate Fund purchased a shopping center from the Abrdn group. ■
