Daldehog will redevelop IKEA shopping center

Daldehog has commenced redevelopment of IKEA shopping center in Janki near Warsaw. Modernization works are being carried out in the building on Szwedzki Square, with a cubature of over 209,000 meters³, development area of 17,500 sqm, and internal area of 24,000 sqm. The works should take until August 2024. The works will include replacing the roofing, changing location of roof skylights and smoke release vents, replacing the ventilation systems, heating and cooling systems, and adapting the structure for the purposes of modernizing the systems. ■
