Dawna Fabryka will build shopping center in Jelenia Góra

Dawna Fabryka, purpose-oriented company with personal ties to BGI Zremb and BGI Polska, is preparing construction of a retail-service park on Sobieskiego Street in Jelenia Góra (Dolnośląskie Province). The enterprise, to be carried out on the property of the former Zremb factory, is going to entail the construction of a complex of buildings with an area of approx. 7,500 sqm, complemented with a parking lot for 300 vehicles. The investment's partner is CBRE. The project is to be completed in the 4th quarter of 2024.
Let us recall that in March 2009, we reported that BGI Polska and Parkridge Retail Poland signed an agreement, concerning the purchase of a property with an area of approx. 4 ha, formerly taken up by the Zremb production complex, for the purposes of construction of the Focus Park shopping center with an area of 16,000 sqm. ■
