Defor will carry out for Erbud, for 30 million PLN net, works at „Hi Piotrkowska 155” office complex in Łódź

On December 7, Erbud signed a contract with Defor concerning the contracting of comprehensive façade works during the construction of the "Hi Piotrkowska 155" office complex in Łódź. The value of the contract has been established at 30.7 million PLN net, and the works will be carried out on an area of 13,500 sqm. The project, conducted by Master Management Group, concerns construction of an office complex (lease area of 21,000 sqm and 4,000 sqm of retail and service space) and the Hampton by Hilton hotel with 149 rooms. Let us recall that in May 2016, we reported that Bacoli Properties had entrusted Erbud with a construction contract worth 60.8 million PLN net concerning the general contracting of a multi-functional center at 155 Piotrkowska Street in Łódź. Architectural guidelines have been prepared by PRC Architekci. ■
