Dekada will expand shopping center in Grójec

Dekada is going to expand the shopping center on Armii Krajowej Street in Grójec (Mazowieckie Province) with GLA of approx. 5,000 sqm. As we were informed by the investor's representatives, the general contractor of the third stage of the enterprise, which we first wrote about in March of last year, has not been chosen yet. The architectural assumptions of the previous stages
of the complex were prepared by Atelier.com
and AirProjekt. Let us recall that eRSbet was entrusted with the contracting of the second stage of the center (approx. 3,000 sqm). ■
