Dekpol will build for PLN 100 million net Karuzela Kołobrzeg shopping mall with gla of 30,000 sqm

On November 28, Dekpol signed a letter of intent with the Karuzela Kołobrzeg Company, a dependent company of JB Development, for the general contracting of the Karuzela shopping center in Budzistowo near Kołobrzeg (Zachodniopomorskie Province) on Bolesława Krzywoustego Street, near the Kołobrzeg East junction of the S6 road. The contract, worth approx. 100 mln PLN, is going to be signed in December, and the investment is scheduled to be completed in May 2021. The investment, designed by Bose International (currently MTDI), is going to consist of the construction of a complex with a lease area of approx. 30,000 sqm, with 90 stores, including a Leroy Merlin outlet (freestanding), Lidl, Media Expert, Martes Sport, Deichmann, Świat Książki Reserved, Cropp, House, Sinsay, Home&You, CCC, Pepco and Smyk. ■
