Dekpol to build ECR complex in Gdańsk

Dekpol has acquired an order for the contractorship of an office-service-logistics center of the Express Car Rental (ECR) company on Budowlanych Street in Gdańsk. The enterprise is going to consist of the development of a property with an area of 1.2 ha, where, among others, an office-service outlet with a service hall (800 sqm) and maneuvering yards (0.7 ha) are going to be built. Other buildings from the capital group Holding 1 - Autopunkt Used Cars and Spec-Box Automobile Service - are going to be located in the building. ■
