Dekpol is starting the construction of the Oval Sky residential building, which will include retail and service areas as well as an underground garage, in Warsaw-Wola at 21 Prądzyńskiego Street. The project will feature a 10-story building with 333 apartments ranging in size from 26 to 56 square meters. The investment is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2026. The general contractor for the project is Dekpol Budownictwo, and the documentation is being prepared by architect Paulina Czurak from the Sopot-based firm Ideograf. It should be noted that the original plans, which we reported on in PREM 937, envisioned the construction of a hotel with a volume of 58,000 cubic meters on this site.
