Demiurg is going to carry out research center

The offer submitted by Demiurg (over 19.4 million PLN net) has been chosen in the tender procedure, issued by Collegium Da Vinci, concerning construction of a research-conference complex on 216 Głogowska Street in Poznań. Let us recall that the enterprise, named "Centrum Technologii Kreacyjnych" (Creative Technology Center), is going to entail construction of a complex with an area of approx. 4,000 sqm on the basis of two existing buildings. The investor has received a subsidy for the project, the cost of which has been estimated at approx. 25.4 million PLN. Architectural works were carried out in collaboration with Grzegorz Czerwiński and Andrzej Stachowski. ■
