Demiurg wants to design multi-functional complex

Demiurg/Home of Houses (1.9 mln PLN, with a budget of 2.9 mln PLN gross), BBC Best Building Consultants (1.99 mln PLN), EC Industria (2.1 mln PLN), Analog Piotr Śmierzewski (2.34 mln PLN), Rysy Architekci (3.2 mln PLN) and PI Hodurek/Q-Arch (6.99 mln PLN), have submitted bids in a second tender procedure, organized by the Fabryka Pełna Życia Company, for preparing the documentation and authorial supervision for the first stage of the investment "Fabryka Pełna Życia – nowe centrum Dąbrowy Górninczej" (Śląskie Province). The investment is going to consist of the revitalization of the property of the former Defum Metal Processing Tool Company, located in the area of Kościuszki, Kolejowa and Konopnickiej streets. Four pavilions (3,300 sqm) are going to be adapted to serve service-office-hotel functions and 3 new outlets are going to be built, on the basis of a concept prepared by the Analog Piotr Śmierzewski workshop. A service-office-hotel complex with a usable area of 22,700 sqm and approx. 150 apartments (12,000 sqm) are also going to be built as part of the project. Let us recall that in the previous procedure the lowest bid (2.8 mln PLN) was submitted by the Studium workshop. ■
