Depenbrock appointed general contractor CTPark Toruń

CTP Invest has commissioned Depenbrock Polska to serve as the general contractor for a logistics and warehouse center in Toruń, located near Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie Street. As part of the "CTPark Toruń" project, two warehouse halls with a total area of 46,600 m² (26,900 m² and 19,700 m², respectively) will be developed on a 14-hectare site. The land for the investment was prepared by White Star Logistics. The design phase involved, among others, the Blezet architectural studio. The total building volume is estimated at 585,000 m³. ■
