Depenbrock to build production complex in Katowice

Panattoni Europe is the developer of the production plant which is going to be built for Rockwell Automation in Katowice. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction, on a 3-ha lot, of a complex with an area of over 11,000 sqm, including a production-warehouse hall (9,000 sqm) and an office section (over 2,200 sqm). Depenbrock is going to be the general contractor. Rockwell Automation has received a supportive decision for an investment in the Katowice Special Economic Zone, establishing the value of the enterprise for over 110 mln PLN.
Let us recall that in May 2012 we informed about the cooperation of the company with Erbud on the development of the complex on Roździeńskiego Street in Katowice with an area of over 5,400 sqm. The tender procedure was supervised by Gardiner&Theobald, while Arcadis participated in obtaining the environmental permits. ■
