Depenbrock to construct "7R City Flex Poznań East I"

7R has commenced the construction of the "7R City Flex Poznań East I" warehouse in the Franowo district of Poznań, located on Provincial Road No. 433 (Bolesława Krzywoustego Street). The logistics facility, designated for the final stage of deliveries, will cover an area of 9,800 square meters, of which approximately 80% is already leased. The general contractor for the project is Depenbrock Polska. The completion of construction is planned for the first quarter of next year.
