Develia will carry out multi-family building with 240 flats in Gdań

Develia is planning construction of the Baltea multi-family building on Lecha Kaczyńskiego Street in the Przymorze district of Gdańsk. The 12-story is going to have 238 flats with usable areas of 42-110 sqm each and service premises on the ground floor. The design of the investment has been prepared by Pomorskie Biuro Projektów Gel. Construction works are scheduled to begin in the 1st quarter of this year. ■
