Develia will erect, acoording to Kuryłowicz&Associates' design, an office building with usable area of 33,000 sqm in Wrocław

Develia (formerly LC Corp) is applying for permits for the development of a property on Kolejowa Street in Wrocław. The enterprise is to entail the construction of an office building with a usable area of 33,000 sqm. Architectural guidelines are being developed by Kuryłowicz & Associates. Let us recall that last year in May, we reported that LC Corp had signed a contract concerning the purchase of perpetual usufruct rights to a property with an area of 0.5 hectare for approx. 32 million PLN gross. Meanwhile in March 2016, we reported that Nowa Nadzieja Company had been conducting preparations for the planned construction of an office building with an area of over 60,000 sqm on this property, based on a concept by nsMoonStudio. ■
