Develia is planning construction of multi-family complex with 175 flats in Gdańsk

Develia is preparing construction of the Szmaragdowy Park residential complex on Szmaragdowa Street in the Łostowice district of Gdańsk. The 1st stage of the enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex of 4-story buildings with 175 flats sized 32-79 sqm each. ■
