Develocity will build hotel with 167 rooms in Szczyrk

Develocity is applying for a construction permit for a four-star "Royal Tulip Luxury" hotel on Wczasowa Street in Szczyrk (Śląskie Province). The architectural partner of the enterprise, which we initially mentioned this year in May, is Czora&Czora. Let us recall that the investment concerns three buildings with a total usable area of 15,500 sqm, with 167 rooms, conference premises, relaxation zone, and an underground parking garage with 137 spaces. ■
