A subsidiary of DL Invest Group has submitted an application for a permit to renovate and adapt the Nadodrze Railway Station at 50 Staszica Square in Wrocław. The project covers the refurbishment and modernization of a building complex with an area of approx. 6,000 m², which will be transformed into a multifunctional development comprising offices, a hotel, retail and service spaces, gastronomy, and a museum. The estimated completion time is around 18 months. The concept was prepared by architectural studios Crarch – Chachaj Rozmuski Architekci (Jakub Rozmuski) and ECA Design GW (Łukasz Drobiński). The 1.2-hectare property was purchased by DL Invest from Polregio in June 2022 for more than PLN 14.6 million. DL Invest Group, led by Dominik Leszczyński, closed 2024 with record results. The company's assets increased by PLN 0.5 billion to PLN 3.8 billion, while net profit exceeded PLN 200 million. Growth was driven by, among other factors, two acquisitions completed in Q4 as well as the continued development of the logistics segment, which accounts for 75% of the portfolio. The largest investment last year was the construction of a 124,000 m² warehouse for Inditex, along with its 80,000 m² extension. The company also delivered facilities for QSL in Teresin and Contynior in Bielsko-Biała, and acquired from Stellantis a 52-hectare industrial park in Bielsko-Biała with expansion potential of up to 370,000 m² of leasable space.
