DM Building commences construction of Adgar office building in Warsaw with lease area of 8,000 sqm

DM Building is commencing works on the construction of office building D at the Adgar Park West complex (formerly Ochota Office Park) on Aleje Jerozolimskie Street in Warsaw-Ochota. The building with a lease area of 8,000 sqm, with additional underground and above-ground parking lots for a total of 148 cars, is going to be carried out on the basis of documentation prepared by HRA Architekci. The investor of the complex, which already consists of three buildings with a lease area of 43,200 sqm, is Adgar BCIII. ■
