The offer submitted by the Dolne Miasto Company, in which BBI Development and Doraco Nieruchomości have 50% of shares each, has been deemed the most advantageous in a tender, issued by the Public Orders Department of the Gdańsk City Office, concerning the development of the former tram depot property in the Dolne Miasto district. The contract is scheduled to be signed at the turn of September and October. As we have reported, the investment, conducted in the public-private partnership system, is going to be carried out on properties with an area of approx. 8 ha in the area of Kamienna Grobla, Kurza, Zielona, Radna and Reduta Wyskok streets. The winner of the tender is planning to build a complex of service and residential buildings with a total usable area of 84,000 sqm over a period of 66 months (5.5 years). The other bidders in the final stage of the procedure were GGI Dolne Miasto (BGI) and Polnord Gdańsk Dobre Miasto. ■
